The final leg of Festival Weekend saw us sprinting from the airport to Star Cinema Grill in Richmond, TX, where the awards ceremony of the inaugural Dreamscape International Film Festival was about to begin.

Worth noting, however, that THE INTRUDER screened at the festival two days prior, while we were at the Gulf Coast awards dinner. Representing the film at that screening was cast member Steve McNair, and he held down the fort by giving a great Q&A after the screening.

The film won awards for Best Micro-Budget Film and Best Texas Feature, the categories we were competing in. However, festival director Acoryé White said as he presented the awards, THE INTRUDER was indeed the best overall feature of the festival.
